Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 February 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of ThreatLens360's platform and services. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ('Terms') are a legal agreement between you ('Customer') and ThreatLens360 B.V. ('ThreatLens360'), a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation.
2. Services
ThreatLens360 provides external attack surface management, threat intelligence, and third-party risk management services (the 'Services') through our web platform. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue Services with reasonable notice.
All scanning and monitoring conducted by ThreatLens360 is limited to externally observable information. We do not access your internal systems, networks, or infrastructure without explicit written authorisation.
3. Subscription and Payment
Services are available on monthly and annual subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. Annual subscriptions are payable upfront and are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
Payment is due on the subscription start date and on each renewal date. We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer. Invoices are issued via our billing platform.
We may change our prices with 60 days' written notice. Price changes will not take effect until your next renewal date.
Prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at the applicable rate for your jurisdiction. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT number may apply the reverse charge mechanism.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- •Use the Services to scan or monitor assets you do not own or have authorisation to assess
- •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' data
- •Use the Services to facilitate cyberattacks, penetration testing of third parties, or any illegal activity
- •Resell or share account access with unauthorised parties
- •Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform
5. Data and Privacy
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). By using our Services, you acknowledge that we will process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the right to submit any domain names, IP addresses, and other identifiers to our platform for scanning and monitoring.
6. Intellectual Property
ThreatLens360 retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, software, threat intelligence databases, and associated content. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You grant ThreatLens360 a limited licence to scan and process your designated assets for the purpose of providing the Services.
7. Service Level Agreement
We target 99.5% platform availability, measured on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. In the event of availability falling below this target, we will provide service credits in accordance with our SLA policy.
Planned maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance via our status page at status.threatlens360.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThreatLens360's total liability for claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
ThreatLens360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the current billing period by providing written notice. ThreatLens360 may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use of the Services.
Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
